This vegan chocolate ganache pie is so rich and decadent that your guests won’t even know that it is so healthy. This pie is free of gluten, dairy and refined sugars as the chocolate ganache tops a no-bake crust made with dried figs and apricots. It is a super healthy desert that will definitely satisfy your chocolate and sugar cravings!
Vegan Chocolate Ganache Pie with No-Bake Fig Crust

This decadent vegan and gluten-free pie is made of a rich chocolate ganache over a no-bake fig and apricot crust.

Ingredients
For the Crust
- 1 cup dried figs
- ½ cup dried apricots
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
For the Chocolate Ganache Filling
- 1 can (400 mL) coconut milk
- 3 cups dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
For the Crust
- Soak the dried figs and apricots in water for about 1 hour.
- Drain the dried fruits.
- In a food processor, process the dried fruits.
- Add the coconut flour and cocoa powder and mix well. The dough should be sticky.
- Press the dough at the bottom of a spring form pan.
- Set aside in the fridge while you prepare the chocolate ganache filling.
For the Chocolate Ganache Filling
- Put the chopped dark chocolate in a glass mixing bowl and set aside.
- In a small pot, warm up the coconut milk over medium heat.
- Once the coconut milk is almost boiling, pour over the chopped chocolate.
- Mix well until all the chocolate is melted.
- Add vanilla and sea salt and mix.
- Pour the chocolate ganache evenly over the chilled crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, until the ganache if firm.
- Remove from spring form pan.
- Sprinkle a bit of coconut flour on top as a garnish and serve.
You can sprinkle a bit of coconut flour to garnish the top of this pie. You could also garnish with fresh fruits and berries if you want, it would also be delicious. This pie will make a perfect Valentine’s Day dessert!
