This beautiful kate hummus is delicious served as a dip with crackers or vegetables.

Serves: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 can (540 ml) chickpea, drained and rinsed
- 3 leaves kale
- ½ cup water
- juice from 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Blend for 1 to 2 minutes using tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
- Once smooth, stop the mixer.
- Serve chill with vegetables or crackers.
