This quick and nutritious green smoothie will give you all the energy you need to get your week started with fruits, veggies, matcha tea and chia seeds.

Ingredients
- 1 cup honeydew melon, cubed
- 2 limes, juiced
- 5 leaves Boston lettuce
- 1 green apple, cored and sliced
- ⅓ cucumber, peeled and cubed
- 1 container (330 mL) coconut water (I use VitaCoco)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- ½ inch fresh ginger, peeled
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
