Kale Hummus

This beautiful kate hummus is delicious served as a dip with crackers or vegetables.

Serves: 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 can (540 ml) chickpea, drained and rinsed
  • 3 leaves kale
  • ½ cup water
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes using tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
  3. Once smooth, stop the mixer.
  4. Serve chill with vegetables or crackers.
