HempNog {Vegan Eggnog}

Serves: 2 cups
- ½ cup hemp seed hearts
- 2 cups water
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- You can warm up the hempnog on the stove before serving it or you can also enjoy it cold.
- For a holiday twist, you can add a splash of bourbon whiskey!
