This smoothie tastes just like apple pie and it is filled with superfoods that will sustain you throughout the day.
Serves: 2
Ingredients
  • 2 apples, washed and cored
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • ⅓ cup pecans
  • 2 tablespoon goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups water
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender, for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Serve cold.
Notes
If you enjoy really cold smoothies, you can replace the 3 cups of water by 2 cups water and 1 cup ice.
